

| Cody Myler was born and raised in Missouri. He moved to Texas in 2004 to be a College Basketball Coach at the Junior College Level. Now has 3 small businesses and lives in Dallas, TX. He grew up in Fordland, Mo and played High School Basketball, Baseball, Golf and Cross Country. In 1999 we won the 1A Basketball State Championship and he was a 3 time 1st team All-State, 4 time All-District among many other awards. After High School he attended Southwest Baptist University on a Full Scholarship for basketball and finished his career at Central Methodist University in 2004. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Health and has a Masters Degree from United States Sports Academy in Sports Management. After College he took a Assistant College Basketball Coaching position at Jacksonville College in Jacksonville, TX. One of the most highly rated JUCO leagues in the Nation. Cody coached at Jacksonville from 2004-2007 and in 2007 he moved to Dallas where he owns a Gym, a Landscaping and Advertising business. Cody still works with players in skill development and stays connected with the Coaches I meet during my time at Jacksonville College. Cody has trained over 20 Division I NCAA Basketball Players and 43 Division II or Lower. Among sports he has worked with many Models and Actors, one Model was in the Grammy Winning Music Video “Riding Dirty”. He has had 1 IRON MAN that completed the race and finished 15th overall. Cody Philosophy on fitness is that you have to have the WANT TO and DISCIPLINE to be successful. There is a science to fitness, but it come straight down to WORKING HARD AND EATING RIGHT. |

| DENNIS CONNOR |

| Dennis Connor was Born and raised in Fort Worth Texas where he played High School Football for O.D. Wyatt. As an outstanding athlete he lettered in two sports, basketball and football. As a senior he earned the highest award given to the top football player the chaparral award along with defensive MVP. Earning a scholarship he took his talents to Texas A&M- Commerce where he started all four years. His junior year 2004, he lead the team in tackles with 96 and earned all-conference awards, and was also a team council leader and team captain. In 2006 Dennis graduated with a Bachelors in Health and Human Performance/ Kinesiology. After Graduation he played Arena Football for Ft. Worth Regulators and went on to win two championships with the Hunt County Longhorns while receiving all-star honors. Along with football Dennis trained in Tae Kwon Do with one of the world’s top instructors Ms. Joy Turberville, a Black Belt Grand Master, Head Instructor 10th Degree in two styles, holding Black Ranking in 13 Styles. Dennis has worked for LA fitness as a personal trainer from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008 he completed his intern as a strength and conditioning at TCU while also working as a licensed massage therapist. From 2008 until present time Dennis has worked as an independent massage therapist and personal trainer. He has taken his diverse training and applied it to the training regimes of his clients to help them reach the goals they seek. He offers 1 on 1 Personal Training, Boot Camp and Kickboxing Classes.
